Why are you recruiting only US residents?

We are currently recruiting US residents as we are trying to build a US national representative poll. We are not able to build a representative sample of other countries at this time, although someday we hope to be able to do that as well, once we better understand the demographics outside the US.

How do I get a password?

After you join, you will receive an e-mail from us with your password in it. Please keep your password in a safe place. You will need it whenever you access NationalChristianPoll.com.


How do I change my password?

Your password doubles as your account ID. At this time, you are not able to modify it. We'll be sure to include a link each time we email you a survey invitation so accessing it will be as easy as possible.




I don't have my password. What should I do?

Your password was provided to you in your Confirmation e-mail after you joined. If you are unable to locate this, click here and your password will be e-mailed to you.


Can more than one person in my household sign up?

Yes, but only one person per e-mail address can be involved with NationalChristianPoll.com. Other members of your household may sign up using a different e-mail address.


USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION


How do you protect my privacy?

We will not sell your e-mail address for promoting products. We are committed to your privacy. Survey responses will always be reported in aggregate. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use your information.


Why do I need to complete Profile Surveys?

The profile survey helps us in a few ways.
    1. It allows us to survey individuals that meet certain criteria.
    2. It gives us an idea of the type of surveys that might interest you.
    3. Upon completion of it, you are awarded bonus points in addition to the typical point value.
For these reasons, once the profile survey is completed, you will be considered for other surveys.

After sending you the invitation for the Profile survey, you will be receiving up to three follow-up reminders within 30 days of confirming your membership, unless your record indicates you’ve completed the survey. If we do not hear from you after the 3rd reminder, your account will become inactive.


How do you use my survey answers?

Responses will always be reported in aggregate, we will never report individual responses.

How do I end my participation with NationalChristianPoll.com?

We value your involvement with NationalChristianPoll.com and encourage you to remain part of our community. However, we understand that commitments change. You may end your involvement with NationalChristianPoll.com at any time. To do so, please e-mail us at Unsubscribe@NationalChristianPoll.com to let us know.


How many e-mails can I expect to receive from the NationalChristianPoll.com?

You can expect to receive a survey invitation about once a month or more often depending on your profile and survey requirements. In addition, we may contact you in regards to your Thanks2Upoints or survey results.


Why am I not getting any surveys?

Please check if your server has a spam-filtering feature, you may want to set your filter and/or spam blocker to accept e-mail from @NationalChristianPoll.com to ensure receiving information from us. Please check your subfolders/junk mail folder to make sure the survey invitations are not being blocked. Also, the frequency of receiving surveys is dependent on your profile and the survey requirements.


What happens if I am in the middle of a survey and either do not have time to finish or lose my connection to the survey?

If you are unable to complete the survey, please use the link provided in the invitation e-mail to access it again. Your responses would be saved up to the point when you stopped. You can proceed from there. Some surveys will only be available for a short period of time. If this is the case, when you try to access the survey again, you may receive a message that the survey is closed. Unfortunately, if this happens, our system only allows points to be awarded upon completion of the survey.


Why do I receive an invitation to take a survey but then get a message that the survey is closed?

Depending on when you try to access the survey, we may have already received a sufficient number of responses or it was a time sensitive survey.


Why do I receive a message that I don't qualify?

Depending on survey requirements, not all members will fit the profile needed for that particular survey.


Why won't the survey allow me to go back to a previous question when I press the "back" button?

Depending on the objectives of the research, we may disable the back button. This is done to protect the validity of the data.




TECHNICAL


What computer technology do I need to participate in surveys?

The only technical requirement for participation in NationalChristianPoll.com is an Internet connection.


How do I address any technical problems I encounter while taking a survey?

Occasionally we may experience problems with our servers or surveys. If you are unable to access a survey or it is taking a long time to download pages, please exit, wait a little while, and try to finish the survey at a later time. At anytime though, feel free to contact us at Technicalhelp@NationalChristianPoll.com with questions.

How do Thanks2Upoints work?

You will start earning points for the surveys you complete. Point ranges for surveys vary depending on the length of the survey and number of questions completed by each respondent. Thanks2Upoints have no cash or other value, except to obtain coupon codes valid for items included in NationalChristianPoll.com's catalogs. Once a redemption order is placed, your Thanks2Upoints will be reduced by the number of points used to acquire the reward. There is a one-year expiration date for points not redeemed once 2,000 points are reached. 2,000 points would be deducted from your account one year after you've earned your 2,000th point, without any redemption.


How do I earn points for my participation?

Upon joining, an account is created for you. Each survey has points associated with it. The point value will be included in each survey invitation e-mail. Upon completion of the survey, to see that your points have been added to your account, click here to access your account.


Do I earn points if the survey is closed?

Unfortunately, our system only allows points to be awarded upon completion of the survey.


What types of rewards can I earn?

We have compiled a number of different types of rewards for you to choose from that include Christian downloads and magazine subscriptions, among many others. We have also designed the point system so you can redeem them at varying amounts.

Each reward is subject to terms and conditions that will be provided to you via e-mail when you select it. These terms and conditions may address such matters as the expiration date, any requirements for use, or any other restrictions on using the reward. NationalChristianPoll.com is not liable to you if a reward expires prior to your use of it. An expired reward will no longer be available for use or redemption.


Do rewards in the catalogs change?

Yes, from time to time, we will review the rewards offered in the catalog. Rewards may need to be changed based on their availability.


How do I redeem my points?

To redeem points, go to NationalChristianPoll.com’s website, access to your account, scroll down, and click "Redeem Your Points". You can only acquire Thanks2Upoints to the extent that you have the required number of points in your NationalChristianPoll.com account.

Many of the rewards are coupon codes that are redeemable at participating affiliate websites. Shipping costs may or may not be included in the coupon terms. You and the affiliate are responsible for compliance with all laws related to the reward, including the payment and collection of any federal, state, or local taxes.
